We build the software
your business runs on.

Custom software, automation and AI integration, plus AI hosting on servers we own. Designed and built by experienced engineers.Custom software, business automation and AI integration for established companies, plus AI hosting on servers we own. Designed and built by experienced engineers.

What we do.

Custom software

When you need it: Your business has outgrown spreadsheets, or the software you have no longer fits how you operate.

How we help

We design and build web applications, iOS and Android apps, internal platforms and integrations with the systems you already use, and we look after them once they are live.

Business automation

When you need it: Staff re-key the same data between systems, chase approvals, or spend days preparing reports for management, your bank or your regulator.

How we help

We map how the work really runs, connect the systems involved and automate the steps that repeat. Exceptions go to the right person, and someone on your team signs off before anything is filed.

AI integration

When you need it: You want AI working inside a real business process, with clear limits on what it can see and do.

How we help

We start with one process and the people who run it. We agree which data the model may see and how to judge whether it is working, test it on your own cases, and agree which decisions stay with your staff.

AI hosting

When you need it: You want to use AI models without relying on a public AI service.

How we help

We host AI models on servers we own.

What we buildThe systems we build.

Business systems, payment platforms, web and mobile apps

Running operations

One system for many branches or customers, each seeing only its own data, and the apps people use it through.

  • Multi-tenant platforms
  • Web, iOS and Android apps

Moving money

Software that takes payments, runs digital wallets and sends files to your bank.

  • Payment and card platforms
  • Digital wallets
  • Secure bank file exchange

Meeting regulators

The reports your regulator asks for, produced from your own systems.

  • Regulatory reporting

Staying online

Keeping your systems running, and getting them back if something fails.

  • Cloud infrastructure and disaster recovery

Treating patients

Software for the people who treat patients and read scans.

  • Clinical and radiology software

We also carry out security assessments of applications and infrastructure.

How we work.

Experienced engineers build your software and answer for every release.

How we work

Four steps, from first call to ongoing support

Every engagement follows the same process: written scope, architecture review, code review, testing, controlled release and documentation.

  1. First conversation

You describe the problem. We tell you what we would build, what we would leave alone, and what it is likely to involve.

You deal with: a senior engineer.
  2. Scope and price

We put the scope, timeline, price and responsibilities in writing. You meet your project lead and approve the document before work begins.

You deal with: your project lead, always an engineer.
  3. Build

You see working software at agreed stages.

A regular written status covers what is done, what is next and any risk to the date.

A senior engineer approves each release, and each release is tested before it reaches your users.

We run a security assessment before release.

You deal with: your project lead and the engineers doing the work.
  4. Launch and support

We release, hand over the documentation and train your staff. After that, your contract sets out whether we support the system or hand it to your own team.

You deal with: your project lead.

What it costs

Who owns whatWho owns what.

Agreed in writing before work begins

For software we build for you, your contract and IP agreement set out who owns what, before work begins.

Source code and IP
Stated in the IP agreement, which you read before you sign.
Cloud accounts, domains and app-store listings
Whose name they are in is agreed in your contract.
Documentation
Written for the engineer who picks up the system next.
Your data
We sign a data processing agreement.
Changing supplier
Covered in the contract, including handover to your next team.

The AI hosting service runs on our servers, under its own agreement.

For your risk and procurement teams

Send us your vendor questionnaire. We answer it in writing. The answer covers data location, access controls, sub-processors, disaster recovery, breach notification and exit. One of our engineers joins the call with your reviewers.

AI hostingWhere your AI models run.

Our servers run in Kenya, with colocated servers in South Africa and Frankfurt.

Our servers run in Kenya, with colocated servers in South Africa and Frankfurt.

AI models can run at any of the three, so you choose where your data is processed.

We run AI models on our own servers, for companies that want AI without running the hardware themselves. Availability is set in your service agreement.

Our own productsOur own products.

SautiCare, Locus and SautiRIS
  • SautiCare

Voice-first clinical triage and support for health facilities. It works in Swahili and English.

  • Locus

Issue tracking and QA for teams that ship often, working with your GitHub Projects. A closed issue is not treated as done: it waits in a QA queue until a tester verifies the fix or reopens it with feedback. Test results, evidence and reopen trends stay together, so each round starts from what actually passed. Available by invitation.

  • SautiRIS

An open-source radiology information system with DICOM, HL7v2 and FHIR support. Alpha release.
